She began her career at Omegaline, part of the globally renowned Calzedonia Group, where she rose through the ranks to become a Procurement Manager. During her tenure, she spearheaded innovative solutions to optimize procurement processes, reduce material waste, and generate new revenue streams. Her expertise extends across industries, including the apparel, signage, and energy sectors, where she has consistently delivered operational efficiency and cost-saving strategies.
Kosalee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA, both earned with top honors, and is currently completing her Doctorate in Business Administration. Her dissertation focuses on strengthening the economic sustainability of Sri Lanka’s SME apparel industries. A Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), she combines advanced technical skills in ERP systems, SAP integration, and data analysis with a passion for sustainable development.
