SELECTED ARTICLE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE 

The article selection is by the committee members and it is the final selection. We confirm selection through email either from, “asiaresearchawards@gmail.com” (or) “mathews@astra.asiaresearchawards.com”

• • STEP-1:

Fill the online registration form available in our website at https://asiaresearchawards.com/nomination/

• • STEP-2:

Make the delegate fee for the conference in due date as mentioned in email.

• • STEP-3:

• • Delegate fee receipt (Transaction number or screenshot/ scanned copy of transaction) for acknowledgement.
  • Latest clicked Good quality photo for banner release.
  • Two photographs and your Biography in paragraph format ( minimum of 600 words) for news release.
  • Then we will provide payment confirmation and attendance confirmation links in email.
  • You can fill up either presence link or absence link as per your convenience.
  • Award ceremony & Online updates and Courier functionalities.

  SELF-NOMINATION SUBMISSION  

A working/ studying professional can nominate an Eligible Individual or Self Nominate for ISTRA. The Online Nomination Application form link: https://asiaresearchawards.com/nomination/

Fill the online nomination application form available in our website at https://asiaresearchawards.com/nomination/

• • STEP-2:

Submit the below mentioned documents for nomination electronically in email to: asiaresearchawards@gmail.com

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS IN EMAIL:

• • • • Duly completed curriculum vitae (of any format /pages) in a PDF format
      • Passport size photograph (JPEG/PNG format)
      • Copy of work place ID (PDF/JPEG format)

NOTE:

Filling only the online form will not be taken into consideration. Mentioned required documents must be sent in email to: asiaresearchawards@gmail.com

The ISTRA no longer requires a hardcopy of the application. Non-compliant / incomplete nominations will not be accepted for process/review.

• • STEP-3:

Screening process (document review/preliminary assessment) of nomination & Acknowledgement intimation to the nominee that we have received the required documents.

• • STEP-4:

Cross verification of the documents submitted & forwarding it to the Committee. ISTRA panel members may ask the proof for the credits mentioned in the CV (Optional). Selected nominees will be communicated with a formal letter via email.

• • STEP-5:

The selected nominees have to make the delegate fee for the conference in due date as mentioned in email.

   Evaluation Criteria    

This annual award is open to ‘Researcher and Higher Education Teaching Faculty Member’ of any nationality of Asian Countries, who is in good standing at the time of the nomination, and in the age group of 24 – 80 years and has good academic record. The nominee must have published a minimum of at least two research articles or more.

• General: Wide Knowledge – Quality Stuff with the Subject – Analytical Thinking and Dedication to the Profession – Significant and Sustained Contributions to science, technology & research fields– Quality and Competence evidenced by continuing Intellectual Accomplishments and Pursuits

• Research: Grants – Patents – Collaborations and Accreditations by association boards and councils – Contracts – Publications (Original Research Articles, Review Articles, Short reports or Letters, Case Studies, Methodologies and Books) – Invited Lectures and Presentations – Membership in Professional Organizations

• Teaching: Innovative Teaching Methodology – Development of a New Program – Innovation in Course and Curriculum Design – Transform Traditional Classroom Communities into Shared Experiences (New Services, Projects and Activities as a collaborator and consultant) – Research Activity.

• Healthcare: Exceptional Practice – Selfless Dedication and High Standards of Commitment – Distinct Innovations and Initiatives in Patient Care and Wellbeing – Policy Making and Planning in Healthcare Establishments – Contributions to Safety and Quality – Novel and Effective Treatment Methods.

       Note – 1: Researcher/ Scientist: An active ‘Full-time Researcher’ working in Institutions of Scientific, Academic or Industrial at the capacity of Associate Scientist / Scientific Officer, Scientist, Principal / Senior Principal Scientist.

    • Note – 2: Faculty Member An active ‘Full-time Faculty Member’ working in an Academic Institutions (Autonomous / Affiliated College or University) at the capacity of Lecturer / Senior Lecturer, Assistant/Associate Professor and Professor.
    • Note – 3: Healthcare Professionals An active Full-time Regular ‘Clinicians/Physicians, Dentists, Pharmacists, Nurses, Therapists, Researchers and Professors’ working in a Government or Private Teaching Hospitals/Clinical Establishments/Research Laboratories/Academic Institutions at the Medical or Medical Super/Surgical or Surgical Super Specialties – Dental Specialties – Pharmacy – Nursing – Physiotherapy – Occupational Therapy – Allied Health Sciences – Biomedical Sciences and Engineering – Public Health.

    Judging Criteria    

The ISTRA judging is a peer review process. The panel members from diverse backgrounds are instructed to scrutinize the profiles based on scores & entries from 0 to 100, using the criteria. The ARA aggregates the scores to determine each category. The panel decision is final and binding. For each category of award title in each discipline the expert committee will select 3 nominees. However the Apex Committee reserve the rights to honor less or more than 3 nominees in any category who meet standards set by the expert committee.

The committee will use discretion if an individual is nominated for two concurrent awards and will move the nomination to appropriate category based on their judgment. If a nominee meets the criteria for an award, other than the one nominated for, the committee will be deciding to move the nomination to a suitable category.
