Ms. Shwetha Acharya is a researcher specializing in food science, new product development,
and food quality and safety. She also has a keen interest in flavour technology. She has contributed to
numerous research papers, academic publications, and projects within the field of Food Science and
Technology published in various International and National Journals.
In 2021, she received the Young Researcher Award for her review, “Flavour encapsulation by
spray drying technique.” Also, has participated in many International and National conferences.
