Dr. Anuradha Jaiprakash is a director-turned-academician with 18 years of multifaceted experience spanning corporate, industry, education, art, and training & development. Her expertise lies in Talent Management and Retention in IT Industries, which was the focus of her doctoral research.
She has published numerous national and international papers on leadership and co-authored the book “Story Through My Eyes.” As a mentor and evaluator, she has judged several college start-up fests and art & talent shows.
An accomplished artist, her paintings have been exhibited across India, including at the prestigious Jehangir Art Gallery. As a speaker, she has chaired and presented at esteemed global platforms, including the Elysium 2021 Global Learning and Development Summit by ASCC and IIPA, where she was honored by FEIL for her contributions.
