I am Dr. Gargi Ghoshal, Associate Professor(Food Technology), Dr. S.S.Bhatnagar University Institute of Chemical Engineering &Technology, Panjab University, Chandigarh,India working on the field of Nutraceutical and Functional Food for last 19 years.
I am PhD from Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. I have 22 years of research and Industrial experience.
I have about 75 publication, 50 conference presentation, 1829+ citation, h index 24, i10 score 43, Two students completed PhD, 40 students completed Mastered desertation and 6 PhD students and four Mastered students working with me.
I reveived many research awards. Best paper, poster awards in the field of Food technology.
I worked as guest editor for special issue of the journal IJFST. Also working as reviewer of many journals
