Graduated BTech -Civil, MTech-Structures & PhD (Civil Engineering) from JNTUH, Hyderabad and MBA (HR) from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
Also, a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of “The Institute of Engineers India Ltd”.

Professional Experience:
In the vast 39yrs of experience, as a passionate Structural Engineer, gained in-depth knowledge about various steel products, manufacturing processes and advanced design of Steel Structures. With the outstanding analyzing, designing and detailing skills, knowledge on latest Indian and International standards like BIS,AISC,MBMA,EC codes etc., with rich experience in idealizing structures and using advance structural engineering software, could effortlessly provide most innovative and optimized design solutions for many steel structures like integrated warehouses, complex industrial buildings, process plants,stadiums,aircraft hangers,auditoriums,multifloor buildings, Light gauge steel modular buildings, petrol filling stations, towers etc. using wide range of steel products, adhering to engineering ethics on offering structurally sound solutions to global and national clients.
Associated with M/s Kirby Building Systems and Structures India Pvt. Ltd., a group company of Alghanim Industries, Kuwait, a first PEB manufacturing company in India since inception in 1999.Took part actively in promoting Pre-Engineered Building Design concepts to all leading Indian consultants, educational institutions including IITs and customers which helped in converting many structural steel/RCC, public and private sector
buildings to PEB. Provided dedicated engineering services and quality work that added great value to Kirby and PEB industry to expand in India.
Took the initiation for product enhancement engineering of Cold Rolled, Light Gauge Steel Sections for roof and deck profiles, Seismic resistant modular buildings, industrial racking system, testing of many ongoing project related products and design of composite floors in PEB. Actively involved in standardization of in-house steel design and detailing.

Currently, heading the engineering team for M/s Kirby India, in the role of Vice President. A senior position women employee in Global Engineering Department of M/s Kirby International.

PhD Thesis is “Behaviour of Composite High-Density Polyurethane Foam Filled Aluminium and Light Gauge Steel Tubes”, an experimental research work under guidance of Dr.V.V.V.S. Murty (PhD from IIT Kharagpur, Dean R&D at SIET, Hyderabad) and Dr.N.V. Ramana Rao (Director NIT Warangal).
Through research, got a great opportunity to introduce a new Composite Filled Tube, developed using circular aluminium and Light gauge square GI steel tubes filled with high-density Polyurethane Foam for structural applications.
Most of the technical papers got published in International/National Journals and Conferences and gained the attention of many International Institutions and research groups.
