Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Abu-Dief Mohammed won the International Best Researcher Award in Bio-Inorganic Chemistry
I was awarded my Ph. D. degree in 2013 from Sohag University, Egypt. Currently, I am working as a Professor of Bio-Inorganic and Physical Chemistry, Taibah University, Saudi Arabia. I have more than 16 years of teaching experience and have published 125 articles in international journals, 15 books and 1 book chapter and participated in more than 125 workshops and international conferences with h- index 47 according to Scopus and 53 according to Google scholar. Stanford University listed my name in the 2% World Research Scientist Ranking in the last four years (2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023). I was awarded several prizes such as State Encouragement Award, University Encouragement Award, University Research Excellence Award, Highly cited research Award, and Golden Medal for outstanding performance. I have two granted US patents, five allowed US patents and another seven US patents under review in different areas such as nanomaterials for drug delivery, nanomaterials for electronic devices, nanomaterials for waste water treatment and design of organometallic compounds for super pharmaceutical applications. I am an expert on various instruments like UV-Visible spectrophotometer, Fluorescence spectrophotometer, NMR, FT-IR, SEM, TEM and XRD. I work as a reviewer in 265 international journals and member of editorial board in more than 65 journals. I supervised 15 master and 6 PhD students.
