I’m Najmeen Nisha has won the INTERNATIONAL BEST RESEARCHER AWARD for
the excellence in, “A REVIEW OF COVID-19 IDENTIFICATION, CLASSI-FICATION,
THERAPY, PREVENTION AND VACCINATION” in this Review article as a
correspondence author at the International Science, Technology & Research Awards
(ISTRA 2024).
I am Najmeen Nisha, and I work as a research analyst at Era Medical University in Lucknow.
I received my master’s degree in microbiology from Dr. Shakuntala Misra National
Rehabilitation University in Lucknow. Also working as a Research analyst at Era Medical
University, Lucknow. As a researcher with experience in biochemistry and Nano
biomedicine, I work on the identification and development of new therapeutic candidates
using creative problem-solving techniques and thorough analysis. For example, “assessing
potential drug interactions for a novel class of compounds” is one of the bioinformatics and
cancer biology projects I work on. In order to further validate through simulation and
ADMET, for example, “designing experiments, analysing data, and interpreting results to
support preclinical and clinical development,” my work involves translational research into
drug discovery, data mining, molecular docking, and analysis of the interaction between
proteins and phytochemicals. To assess the anticancer potential, I would want to synthesize
metal nanoparticles with phytochemicals. For example, “exploring emerging technologies in
high-throughput screening” or “collaborating on research related to personalized medicine”
are both areas of great interest to me. I would be happy to get in touch with industry experts
to discuss current events, trade ideas, or look into possible joint ventures.

Working using software such as Bio via Discovery Studio Client for the purposes of
designing and analysing pharmacophore, QSAR, toxicity libraries, protein-protein docking,
homology modelling, and protein-protein docking. The dynamics of molecules GROMACS
is used to simulate protein-ligand interactions and protein-protein interactions. Sequence
mutation analysis, multiple sequence alignment, target prediction, fold, motif identification,
ab-initio structure prediction, and splice site prediction.
My assignment, titled “Microbial Assessment of Cane Sugar on Local Market,” was
completed under the supervision of Dr. D.C. Sharma, the coordinator of the Department of
Microbiology at Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University in Lucknow.
My primary research interests lie in e.g., “tumor microenvironment interactions, targeted
therapies, and resistance mechanisms”. I am particularly fascinated by Evaluation and
screening of plant compounds with green synthesis for Breast cancer possible treatment and
“the potential of immunotherapy to revolutionize cancer treatment” or “the role of epigenetics
in cancer progression”.
