With over 9 years of experience in the IT field, I specialize in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud for large-scale organizations. My journey began with a strong foundation in Information Technology, which evolved into a deep passion for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). I’ve led several large-scale implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud throughout my career, including a significant project configuring Global HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules for a client with ~100,000 employees. This project was gratifying as it enabled the organization to streamline its HR operations and improve payroll accuracy, resulting in cost savings and enhanced employee satisfaction. Another milestone I’m particularly proud of was deploying Oracle Digital Assistant for 100,000 employees, which revolutionized HR processes by automating various functions and increasing employee engagement.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my work is optimizing complex payroll systems. I was pivotal in optimizing bi-weekly payroll processes for a client managing ~$1 billion. By automating key payroll workflows and developing custom OTBI dashboards, I significantly improved operational efficiency and decision-making for HR managers.
