THERAPY, PREVENTION AND VACCINATION” at the International Science,
Technology & Research Awards (ISTRA 2024).
My name is Hira Moid, and I completed my Masters in Biochemistry from Integral
University, Lucknow and I am Pursuing my Ph.D in Biochemistry from Integral University,
also working as a Research analyst at Era Medical University, Lucknow. As a Researcher
working on drug discovery background in biochemistry, Nano biomedicine, I focus on
identifying and developing new therapeutic candidates through rigorous analysis and
innovative methodologies. I am involved in Cancer biology, Bioinformatics e.g., “assessing
potential drug interactions for a novel class of compounds”. My work includes, Drug
Discovery on translational Research, Data mining, Molecular docking to analysing
interaction between Protein and Phytochemicals & further validate through Simulation and
ADMET e.g., “designing experiments, analysing data, and interpreting results to support
preclinical and clinical development”. I am keenly interested in synthesizing metal
nanoparticles with Phytochemicals to evaluate the anticancer activity, e.g., “exploring
emerging technologies in high-throughput screening” or “collaborating on research related to
personalized medicine”. I would be glad to connect with professionals in the field to
exchange insights, discuss current trends, or explore potential collaborations.
Working on Software like Biovia Discovery studio client for (Molecular docking, Homology
modeling and Protein-Protein Molecular docking ,Protein modeling, Pharmacophore ,QSAR
and Toxicity Library design & analysis Molecular dynamics Simulation of Protein-Ligand
interaction, Protein-Protein Simulation through GROMACS. Sequence mutation analysis,
Target Prediction, Fold, Motif recognition, Ab-intio structure prediction, multiple sequence
alignment, Splice site prediction.

My primary research interests lie in e.g., “tumor microenvironment interactions, targeted
therapies, and resistance mechanisms”. I am particularly fascinated by Evaluation and
screening of plant compounds with green synthesis for Breast cancer possible treatment and
“the potential of immunotherapy to revolutionize cancer treatment” or “the role of epigenetics
in cancer progression”.
