Dr. Avani Dave is a seasoned technology and research professional with over 18 years of
experience, known for her expertise and research in IOT and embedded security, attack resilient
systems design with AI. Her career journey has been marked by her significant contributions to
the embedded systems, IOT, AI usage for security domains. She has both academia and
industry combined experiences and breath and depth of knowledge on security domain.
Professional Experience
Presently Dr. Dave is serving as lead hardware security Architect at Intel corp. USA, where she
has established himself as a subject matter expert. She has been instrumental in defining next
generation security features for multiple graphics and client products. Her innovative hardware
features and solution have been productized and resulted in receiving customers appreciation.
Dr. Dave has huge impact and significant role in driving state-of-the-art security features to next
generation products. She is also an active contributor to the tech community, authoring 26 peer
reviewed articles in prestigious journals and IEEE conferences. She has authored a book title
IOT and Security, presented at workshops, and shared her knowledge as a speaker at
prominent industry and academic conferences.
Prior to Intel Dr. Dave was working in various software and systems design engineering roles in
industry and She has contributed significantly during her work to the open-source community.
She also has served as educator for Electronics and Communication Engineering courses at
