- QUE-10: What is the Evaluation Criteria?
This annual award is open to ‘Researcher and Higher Education Teaching Faculty Member’ of any nationality of Asian Countries, who is in good standing at the time of the nomination, and in the age group of 24 – 80 years and has good academic record. The nominee must have published a minimum of at least two research articles or more.

Note – 1: Researcher An active ‘Full-time Researcher’ working in Institutions of Scientific, Academic or Industrial at the capacity of Associate Scientist / Scientific Officer, Scientist, Principal / Senior Principal Scientist.
Note – 2: Faculty Member An active ‘Full-time Faculty Member’ working in an Academic Institutions (Autonomous / Affiliated College or University) at the capacity of Lecturer / Senior Lecturer, Assistant/Associate Professor and Professor.
Note – 3: Healthcare Professionals An active Full-time Regular ‘Clinicians/Physicians, Dentists, Pharmacists, Nurses, Therapists, Researchers and Professors’ working in a Government or Private Teaching Hospitals/Clinical Establishments/Research Laboratories/Academic Institutions at the Medical or Medical Super/Surgical or Surgical Super Specialties – Dental Specialties – Pharmacy – Nursing – Physiotherapy – Occupational Therapy – Allied Health Sciences – Biomedical Sciences and Engineering – Public Health.
- QUE-11: What is the Judging Criteria?
The IRC judging is a peer review process. The panel members from diverse backgrounds are instructed to scrutinize the articles (in case of Article based Selection) & profiles (in case of self nomination) based on scores & entries from 0 to 10, using the criteria. The ARA aggregates the scores to determine each category. The panel decision is final and binding. For each category of award title in each discipline the expert committee can select up to either 3 awardees (in case of self nomination) or 3 articles (in case of Article based Selection). However the Apex Committee reserve the rights to honor less or more than 3 awardees in any category who meet standards set by the expert committee under certain circumstances.
The committee will use discretion if an individual is nominated for two concurrent awards and will move the nomination to appropriate category based on their judgment. If a nominee meets the criteria for an award, other than the one nominated for, the committee will be deciding to move the nomination to a suitable category.
- QUE-12: How will I know whether I have been shortlisted?
All the shortlisted participants for the award event will be notified via email. There is no shortlisting in case of article based selection because only the final list of winners selected by the committee will be notified in email to take part. Therefore, in case of article based selection, the candidate need not for wait another confirmation and can directly process delegate fee and other proforma.
- QUE-13: How many entrants win IRC Awards?
For each category/discipline the expert committee will select 3 nominees. However the Apex Committee reserve the rights to honor less or more than 3 nominees in any category who meet standards set by the expert committee.

- QUE-15: What is the Registration Fee for IRC?
If your article/ nomination have won the title of IRC, a compulsory standard delegate fee is applied. (Fee is charged for the services & benefits covered in it). There is no other further selection. In case of absence after confirming your delegate fee, We will send through Courier.

- QUE-16: Why is the registration fee charged?
The IRC is organized every year annually as a self-supporting event. The meeting registration fees are major source of revenue for running the event. All the expenses such as mainly the services & benefits provided by us, Administrative Materials, Banquet Hall, Service Tax, Accounting, Web Content Development & Design and Maintenance of the meet are covered by event income (registration fees from participants) and organization operating funds.

- QUE-18: If my nomination is rejected for award, do I need to deposit any fee or charges?
No, if your nomination is rejected by us, there is no fee charged by us.
- QUE-19: Can we have concession for absence or some reason?
No, We are sorry that the delegate fee is the same and there is no concession in case of presence or absence.
- QUE-20: What if I missed the deadline or can’t finalize my Delegate fee in time. Can I get an extension?
No extension for Delegate fee will be given. On high priority, if the reason is valuable, you can contact our team for extension request up to two days only.
- QUE-21: Will all my details are kept confidential?
Yes, the details and the documents provided by each and every participant kept confidentially. Only the scrutinizing team and the judging panel have access to it. ASIA Research Awards organizers distribute award entries only to the authorized media and industry analyst judges selected to review entries. The entries and the underlying information about the nominees will never be released to anyone else. But we have rights to publish in whole or in part on the Best in ASIA Research Awards site or elsewhere without prior approval by the entrant.

- QUE-25: Does the conference delegate fee include Accommodation/Travel tickets/ Transportation charges?
Flight ticket and Accommodation is not included in the Delegate fee. However, we negotiate a discounted room price for award ceremony attendees in the same hotel. The discounted room rate is subject to availability. Please book your room well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Based on the availability of seats, it is chargeable.
