Rekha Sivakolundhu is a highly accomplished Software Engineer with over 14 years of experience driving innovation in Cloud Automation, Proactive Vulnerability Management, and Enterprise-scale solutions. Currently, she leads engineering teams at a Fortune 100 company, spearheading initiatives in Cloud architecture, DevOps, and optimization strategies.
Rekha’s career journey began in Chennai, where she led development and support teams for various Banking applications. She then transitioned to a Fortune 100 Fintech company in Virginia, leveraging her financial domain expertise and software engineering skills to create a self-service portal for secure file transfers and lead the adoption of modern batch scheduling tools. Rekha further distinguished herself by implementing a streamlined log ingestion pipeline and optimizing monitoring platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making and reducing manual effort.
Currently, Rekha is at the forefront of technological advancement, leading the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines using AWS services, implementing the Ansible Automation Platform with a custom framework, and collaborating with vendors on bespoke cloud solutions. She is also recognized for her expertise in reviewing SAST vulnerabilities, ensuring applications adhere to OWASP security standards, and championing proactive vulnerability management frameworks.
